Estate Landscaping:
Work Schedule

Due to warm weather this winter, plant materials have grown more than normal.  Then the risk of frost mandated that we postpone pruning and trimming until the threat had passed (after the full moon in February).  The trim crew is currently six men.

Fertilization and other chemical applications occur every other month during even numbered months (Feb, Apr, Jun, Aug, Oct, & Dec).

Generally, mowing begins weekly in May.  Severe drought conditions dictate holding off on weekly mowing and monitoring rain and turf conditions.  In the event mowing is postponed, crews will be redirected toward other maintenance tasks such as trimming and weeding

The Cascades is on an eight-week cycle for trimming.  So, week #1 would be the first week of odd numbered months (Jan, Mar, May, Jul, Sep, and Nov).

Week 1 & 2:  Estero Parkway and Cascades Isle Blvd (common areas)
Week 3:  Foxworth Circle and Whitfield Drive
Week 4:  Springview Loop and Alana Court
Week 5 & 6:  Castlemaine Avenue, Lismore Lane, Liseron Drive, Ballylee Court, and Sun River Way.
Week 7 & 8:  Cascades Isle Blvd, Serene Meadow, and Breezeway Court.
